A statement has been issued by Two Rivers Public Health Department and West Central Public Health Department regarding the recent diagnosis of measles in Lincoln County. The Gothenburg High School Track team and the Gothenburg Golf team both attended school events in North Platte in April. Please read this very important statement.  MEASLES STATEMENT

Gothenburg Public Schools is now accepting preschool applications for the 2017-2018 school year. Your child must turn 4 on or before July 31st, 2017 to be eligible. Applications can be picked up at the Dudley Elementary office or mailed to you by calling 308-537-3651 ext. 2. For more information, please click here.

The Parent Portal gives parents & students access to information including attendance, grades, detailed assignment descriptions, school bulletins, and personal messages from the teacher. Please call the appropriate school office to get your child(ren)'s access id and access password. Instructions on how to setup your Parent Portal can be found here.

Parents and spectators are reminded of the importance of setting a good example for athletes. We expect our athletes to compete with honor and - win or lose - conduct themselves with dignity. As you attend events this winter & spring we ask for your support and assistance in creating a positive competitive environment. Go Swedes!!

  • Pick-Up & Drop-Off times are 7:30 am-8:30 am and 3:00 pm-4:00 pm
  • Avenue G no longer has angled parking
  • Parents and volunteers may parallel park on Avenue G from 8:30 am- 3:00 pm
  • Parked vehicles will not be allowed in areas noted as pick-up and drop-off locations during pick-up and drop-off times

We strongly recommend picking-up and dropping-off at your youngest child's location.
