About:

I am married to Tyler and have two adult children, Gracie and Brody.  I enjoy spending time with my family and pets (3 cats and a yellow lab), helping on my family’s farm, gardening,  being active and the outdoors.

I have been in the education field as a first grade teacher for over 25 years.  I have enjoyed watching children grow educationally, socially and emotionally and now as I transition to the role as a 3rd-5th grade counselor, I look forward to continuing those relationships.  I believe in building family culture within the school and am so excited to have a greater impact on the students at Dudley.

Swede Sessions: Persistent Perseverance

We practiced team and individual perseverance by accomplishing the task of getting all the nerf balls from one end of the room to the other.  The students had to "think outside the box" and be creative to make that happen.  Practicing perseverance in our daily lives allows us to be more successful and create new opportunities from the times we struggle.
