All new students enrolling at Gothenburg Public Schools are required to do so with the District Office. Follow the steps below to begin the process.
In order to start the enrollment process, please fill out the following forms:
Residence is Outside of the District - Enrollment Option Forms are required if you are optioning into the District
Student enrollment will not be complete until parents provide the required documentation. The following documentation is required for all student enrollments:
Proof of residency
Certified Birth Certificate
Please note, all kindergarten students are required to have a physical and vision evaluation prior to starting school.
Once you have filled out the above listed forms and compiled the required documentation, it can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or delivered to Gothenburg Public Schools, Attn: District Office, 1322 Avenue I, Gothenburg NE 69138
