The Swede Softball team is headed to the State Softball Tournament, the first trip for the Swedes in nine years.
On Saturday, Oct. 7, Gothenburg hosted the Fort Calhoun Pioneers in the C-8 District Final .
Gothenburg won the best-of-three series in two games, punching their ticket to Hastings and are now teed up for #1 Hastings St. Cecelia on Field #1 at the Bill Smith Softball Complex in Hastings at 9 a.m.
