Gothenburg Public Schools has partnered with Edutrak Payment Services to provide a single sign on option for families in the district for ease of paying school fees.
This option is accessed on your web browser (NOT the app) through the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
Once you are logged into PowerSchool, simply scroll to the bottom of the left-hand menu and select "Edutrak Payment Services" to get started. You will be taken to a new browser page where you will be asked to create an account.
You will be asked to add a payment method. Once you do so, you are able to set the spending limits on your child's lunch account, allow or disallow seconds or ala-carte purchases and automatically reload your lunch account. You will also find a button for an online free and reduced meal application.
In addition to funding your family lunch account, you may pay for your family activity pass and student chromebook fees.
This option is ideal because once you have created your account the first time, you will only need to select "Edutrak Payment Services" from the PowerSchool menu to be taken to that platform for your lunch funding.
